2. Quotes and Payments

  • Free estimates are available upon request and valid for 30 days
  • A signed agreement is required before work begins
  • Payment terms, including deposits and final balance, will be stated in your service contract
  • Late payments may result in fees or delays

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Grant safe and timely access to the work site
  • Communicate changes or concerns as early as possible

4. Use of Website Content

All content on our website—including text, images, and branding—is owned by Torrington Masonry Craftsmanship or used with permission. It may not be reused or reproduced without written consent.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or conditions beyond our control
  • Damages caused by pre-existing property issues or third-party interference
  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
